Totalmente ignoranti per quanto riguarda le leggi che tutelano i consumatori. Tempo perso. Spero davvero che questa associazione non prenda soldi pubblici perché sarebbero rubati.
Bad service, left on hold a quarter of an hour to talk to his wife or whoever is "love" on the phone. Totally ignorant of the laws that protect consumers. Lost time. I really hope this association doesn't take public money because it would be stolen.
