Carla è un'insegnante molto attanta ad allenare ogni singola parte del corpo e il suo metodo è efficace. È molto empatica e competente, sa scherzare e incoraggiare, rispetta i ritmi di tutti senza far sentire nessuno inadeguato.
Since doing yoga I have gained more elasticity, muscle strength and general well-being. Carla is a very attentive teacher to train every single part of the body and her method is effective. She is very empathetic and competent, knows how to joke and encourage, respects everyone's rhythms without making anyone feel inadequate.

Claudia è brava, competente e sa condurre la lezione in modo sereno e pacato così l'ora di pilates è anche l'occasione per ritrovarmi in un momento di calma e relax. Provare per credere!
Since I attended Claudia's pilates course my back has forgotten those hateful pains that assailed it every morning! Claudia is good, competent and knows how to lead the lesson in a serene and calm way so the Pilates hour is also an opportunity to find myself in a moment of calm and relaxation. Seeing is believing!

Carla è un insegnate simpatica, attenta, che fa connettere il tuo corpo alla tua mente :) non vedo l'ora che arrivi ogni lunedì per ballare con queste donne stupende e questa meravigliosa insegnante!
The experience at the A.s.d. Lemniscata was given to me for graduation and I was pleasantly surprised! Carla is a nice, attentive teacher who connects your body to your mind :) I can't wait for you to come every Monday to dance with these amazing women and this wonderful teacher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo x corpo e mente! Molto valido ed efficace il corso di pilates con l'insegnante Claudia che propone sempre nuovi esercizi con piccoli attrezzi. Anche il corso anti-age con Michele, sembrerà strano, ma tonificando il corpo libera la mente! Il tutto viene svolto in un ambiente, pulito, confortevole e molto curato grazie all' accoglienza di Carla sempre sorridente e disponibile.
Great place for body and mind! Very valid and effective the pilates course with the teacher Claudia who always proposes new exercises with small tools. Even the anti-aging course with Michele may seem strange, but by toning the body, it frees the mind! Everything is done in an environment, clean, comfortable and well cared for thanks to the welcome of Carla who is always smiling and helpful.
