★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra di ginnastica artistica e calisthenics moderna, attrezzata (attrezzi Spartaco), all'avanguardia, innovativa con preparatori professionali, disponibili, pazienti, gentili e simpatici. Sono presenti altre attività ginniche come la Pool Dance, Tessuti aerei, Donna Fit ecc.. quindi una palestra completa a 360 gradi.
L'istruttrice di ginnastica artistica
Valentina Scapino, oltre essere brava e superpreparata, ho notato che ha una dote eccezionale con i bambini.
Un apprezzamento particolare all'istruttore Andrea Neyroz che è stato bravissimo, gentile, empatico, paziente, sensibile, attento, preciso e umile nel darmi consigli e insegnarmi nuovi esercizi. Non solo, è riuscito a farmi oltrepassare dei limiti perché mi ha fatto provare degli elementi di acrobatica che non avrei mai provato in vita mia sia perché non ho mai fatto ginnastica artistica sia per paura. Quindi una palestra che ti prepara non solo fisicamente e mentalmente, ma che ti fa vivere delle emozioni indimenticabili!

Valentina Scapino, besides being good and super-prepared, I noticed that she has an exceptional gift with children.
A particular appreciation to the instructor Andrea Neyroz who was very good, kind, empathetic, patient, sensitive, attentive, precise and humble in giving me advice and teaching me new exercises. Not only that, he managed to make me go beyond the limits because he made me try elements of acrobatics that I would never try in my life both because I have never done artistic gymnastics and for fear. So a gym that prepares you not only physically and mentally, but that makes you experience unforgettable emotions!
