Da provare i corsi di Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ed MMA.....davvero top !!!!!! Excellent gym, friendly and helpful staff, prepared coaches. Very low subscription prices. Try the courses of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA ..... really top !!!!!!

Hanno cambiato orari di apertura,alla fine nessuno viene mai a seguirti mentre fai esercizi... li fai giusti,sbagliati...mah???!!!! sconsiglio by the community I paid a year for the gym. I have not used half of the subscription. They changed opening hours, in the end nobody ever comes to follow you while you do exercises ... you make them right, wrong ... mah ??? !!!! discourage
A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto fornita di attrezzi e macchine che dispone anche di una ampia sala corsi. Non è molto grande ma per questo anche meno dispersiva. Non è mai troppo affollata. I prezzi sono bassi e lo staff gentile. E' una palestra dove ci si allena bene e ci si concentra diversamente da quelle catene di famose palestre dove si va solo perché ci sono molte ragazze e ci si vuole divertire. Ci sono molti corsi tra cui kickboxing, pilates, fit boxe, zumba ecc... Gym very equipped with tools and machines that also has a large training room. It is not very large but for this reason even less dispersive. It is never too crowded. The prices are low and the staff are friendly. It is a gym where you train well and concentrate differently from those chains of famous gyms where you go only because there are many girls and you want to have fun. There are many courses including kickboxing, pilates, fit boxing, zumba etc ...

Ho fatto la prima lezione di prova al corso di MMA e mi sono trovato ben accolto da tutti, avendo a che fare con i tipici ragazzi della porta accanto, non vi ci sono montati al corso. La palestra è bella ed ampia, dotata di tutto il materiale tecnico necessario. Spogliatoio nettamente superiore alla media, visto che in molte palestre non esiste l'acqua calda o la possibilità di appendere giubbini. Ho l'opuscolo con tutti i corsi. Fortemente consigliata! I have known Fabrizio for some time and he is a wonderful person. I did the first trial lesson at the MMA course and found myself well received by everyone, having to do with the typical kids next door, they didn't fit in the course. The gym is nice and wide, equipped with all the necessary technical equipment. Dressing well above average, as in many gyms there is no hot water or the ability to hang jackets. I have the brochure with all the courses. Strongly recommended!

Specializzata in MMA e sport da combattimento in generale, ha un personale, dalla reception agli istruttori, altamente qualificato e umanamente impeccabile. Anche i compagni di corso sono degli ottimi e divertenti compagni di viaggio. Capisco chi frequentandola da più tempo la definisce una seconda famiglia! Complimenti, bravi!!! Specialized in MMA and combat sports in general, it has a staff, from the reception to the instructors, highly qualified and humanly impeccable.
