La cucina è tradizionale e rimanda ai sapori di una volta ma con un' attenzione particolare alla scelta dei prodotti e alla loro provenienza, dal fagiolo di controne, al guanciale di Amatrice. Ottima selezione di salumi di pregevole fattura, idem per i formaggi. La pasta è fatta in casa e cotta alla perfezione. Abbiamo mangiato matasse allardate con fagioli di controne e peperoni cruschi, e tonnarelli con pomodorini confit, guanciale di amatrice e parmigiano a lunga stagionatura. Ci hanno offerto un' eccellente focaccia in teglia (uno dei loro cavalli di battaglia è proprio la pizza in teglia), e abbiamo ordinato due tegamini di caciocavallo (rigorosamente di loro produzione) rispettivamente con porcini e tartufo, e con patate e salsiccia. Sia le pizze in teglia che i tegamini vengono preparati nel forno a legna che conferisce al tutto una fragranza speciale. Entrando abbiamo notato una vasta scelta di carni (che andremo ad assaggiare molto presto) dai diversi tagli, diverse provenienze e diversi gradi di frollatura. Anche la selezione di vini era interessante ma noi abbiamo optato per il vino della casa e non ce ne siamo affatto pentiti. Il vino è di loro produzione ed è davvero ottimo. I proprietari sono persone squisite e simpaticissime ma allo stesso tempo incredibilmente professionali e consapevoli dei prodotti che offrono. Ci hanno anche offerto dell' ottimo limoncello a fine pasto. Posto consigliatissimo, ci siamo sentiti a casa ed abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Torneremo senza ombra di dubbio! A very welcoming family-run establishment. Really nice. The cuisine is traditional and refers to the flavors of the past but with particular attention to the choice of products and their origin, from the bean of controne, to the bacon of Amatrice. Excellent selection of exquisite cured meats, ditto for the cheeses. The pasta is homemade and cooked to perfection. We ate larded skeins with controne beans and cruschi peppers, and tonnarelli with confit tomatoes, amatrice bacon and long-aged parmesan. They offered us an excellent focaccia in a pan (one of their strong points is the pizza in a pan), and we ordered two pans of caciocavallo (strictly of their production) with porcini and truffle respectively, and with potatoes and sausage. Both the pizzas in the pan and the small pans are prepared in the wood oven which gives everything a special fragrance. Upon entering we noticed a wide choice of meats (which we will taste very soon) with different cuts, different origins and different degrees of maturation. The wine selection was also interesting but we opted for the house wine and we didn't regret it at all. The wine is of their production and is really excellent. The owners are exquisite and very nice people but at the same time incredibly professional and aware of the products they offer. They also offered us an excellent limoncello at the end of the meal. Highly recommended place, we felt at home and ate divinely. We will be back without a doubt!

Consiglio vivamente di provare questo posto se avete intenzione di passare qualche ora all'insegna del buon cibo ed una spensierata atmosfera. Anche il locale molto curato all'interno e tanto verde fuori. E tanto per non farci mancare nulla anche il live music a chiudere una bellissima giornata. Ci tornerò sicuramente Very very nice and welcoming, they welcomed us very well and I almost felt like family. I highly recommend trying this place if you are planning to spend a few hours in the pursuit of good food and a carefree atmosphere. Even the well-kept restaurant inside and lots of greenery outside. And just so that we don't miss anything even live music to close a beautiful day. I will definitely be back

Antipasti veramente eccezionali e primi piatti fatti in casa superlativi!!! Ci ritorni volentieri Lo consiglio vivamente I was here almost by chance .... But I must say it was a nice surprise ... Genuine food .... Truly exceptional starters and superlative homemade first courses !!! You come back willingly I highly recommend it
