Ovviamente tutto ottimo e abbondante. Ringrazio di cuore Anna e family per l'attenzione riservatami e l'amore e la cura che mettono nei piatti come ingredienti segreti. Facciamo girare l'economia. Antipasto misto composto da varie portate che volendo possono anche saziarti a sufficienza senza ordinare altro. Abbiamo costariccia (delicatissima), milza, melenzane a barchetta, salumi, formaggi, patate schiacciate, bocconcini, confetture, verza con salsiccia e altro ancora. Come primi abbiamo provato sia le cortecce che le lagane, e le secondo vincono di gran lunga sulle prime. Ci siamo trovati bene, ci siamo rilassati e abbiamo bevuto in abbondanza, tornerei volentieri. Halfway between the restaurant and the small town farmhouse we find Paisà. E ci abbiamo azzeccato. Antipasto molto ricco con tante portate diverse. I due primi piatti proposti erano veramente molto buoni quasi da fare il bis nonostante fossimo pieni. E per finire la frittura, cotta alla perfezione (cosa che non tutti riescono a fare). In conclusione portate cucinate veramente bene e dagli ingredienti freschi, ambiente tranquillo e personale gentile. Manca una stella? E si. Purtroppo si. Nel nostro gruppo c'era una persona vegetariana e nonostante che tutto lo staff abbia cercato di accontentarla, sembra sia stata un po trascurata, anche se le portate proposte siano state di suo gradimento. Diciamo che un po lo si potrebbe capire perché cucinare il pesce sempre al momento può portar via molto tempo alla cucina. Però spesso questo vuol dire non soddisfare appieno un gruppo, il ché può portarti ad andare altrove la prossima volta. Comunque sia, vorremmo ritornarci un altro giorno per godere appieno del menù di terra e per provare un buon menù per vegetariani. E chissà aggiungere la quinta stella.
