★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato con un anticipo di 10 giorni vengo avvisato che in caso di pioggia il locale rimarrà chiuso, oggi giorno della prenotazione ore 18e15 vengo a sapere per puro caso che rimarranno chiusi, senza degnarsi di una telefonata oppure una mail al sottoscritto . Cosa non di poco conto il meteo è ottimo! Buon lavoro e buona fortuna !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro mangiare la cucina del sapiente chef Antonello Paggiotta, che sperimenta incredibili ed ottimi abbinamenti:
Scamorza in carrozza su letto di rape rosse e mousse di rugola,
Fiori di zucca in pastella ripieni di ricotta e tartufo,
Tartare di manzo con tartufo a scaglie,
Fichi cotti con pancetta e scaglie di parmigiano..
e questi sono solo gli antipasti. La braceria ‘A fuoco lento’ è specializzata nella carne appunto (la carne locale frollata, è una prelibatezza che pochi sanno offrire). Non ho foto, lascio a voi immaginare quanto sia buona anche questa.
Il tutto degustato a bordo piscina e con l’ottima ospitalità dei proprietari.
I love eating the cuisine of the wise chef Antonello Paggiotta, who experiences incredible and excellent combinations:
Scamorza in a carriage on a bed of red turnips and rugola mousse,
Pumpkin flowers in batter stuffed with ricotta and truffle,
Beef tartare with truffle flakes
Figs cooked with pancetta and parmesan flakes ..
and these are just the appetizers. The ‘A fire slow’ brazier is specialized in meat (the local meat is a delicacy that few can offer). I have no photos, I leave you to imagine how good this is too.
All tasted by the pool and with the excellent hospitality of the owners.
