 I have been using Francesco for years. PCs, printers, notebooks. I've never had a problem it's never a rip-off. Friendly and helpful person.

Ho portato il mio iPad per una riparazione di venerdì chiedendo quali erano i tempi e mi dicono lunedi in giornata è pronto, la chiamiamo noi. Lunedì non ho ho notizie e cerco di chiamare, ma al tel del negozio risponde il fax e al numero verde non risponde nessuno!dopo un pomeriggio di tentativi mi dicono che è in riparazione e che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero chiamata...nulla, stessa trafila martedì fino a sera quando , dopo una mail di richiamo qualcuno si degna di chiamarmi e dirmi che il pad e' pronto da ritirare (il giorno dopo però).
Infine arrivo al negozio alle 15.40 (mi avevano detto di fare orario continuato fino alle 19) e trovo un bel cartello con il nuovo orario (a chi l'avete detto??)...morale della favola...sono le 16.25 e sto ancora aspettando davanti al negozio...tutto ciò per la modica cifra di 85€...mai più, prima e ultima volta!!!!

I took my iPad for a Friday repair asking what the times were and they tell me Monday is the day it's ready, we'll call it. On Monday I have no news and I try to call, but the fax answers the phone and the toll-free number does not answer anyone! After an afternoon of attempts they tell me that it is being repaired and that the next day they would have called me ... nothing, same die Tuesday until evening when, after a recall email, someone deigns to call me and tell me that the pad is ready to be picked up (the next day, however).
Finally I arrive at the shop at 3.40 pm (they told me to keep working until 7 pm) and I find a nice sign with the new timetable (who did you say that ??) ... moral of the story ... it is 4.25 pm and I'm still waiting in front of the shop ... all this for the modest sum of 85 € ... never again, first and last time !!!!
