Posizione strategica, c'è tutto nelle vicinanze: spiaggia libera sotto casa, negozi, bar, ristoranti, bus-stop ed a meno di 500 metri in linea d'aria la stazione ferroviaria. Ambienti interni non ampissimi ma deliziosi e funzionali. Prezzi nella media della zona. Unica vera pecca manca l'ascensore.
Wonderful panorama. Strategically located, everything is nearby: free beach under the house, shops, bars, restaurants, bus-stop and less than 500 meters as the crow flies the train station. Not very large interiors, but delicious and functional. Prices in the area average. The only real flaw is the elevator.
