Pulito e curato, anche se le scale sono un po' scomode.
The terrace overlooking the sea is worth the price of the stay!
Clean and neat, even if the stairs are a bit uncomfortable.

Balcony with wonderful sea view of Giardini Naxos. The only discordant note is the difficulty in finding a parking space even if it is paid. It should be noted, however, that I went there in August.

Holiday home on the seafront of Giardini Naxos. Superb attic with unparalleled views. Much attention to detail and comfort. Ideal for a couple getaway. Super nice and helpful hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irina was a great host, her information about the city, beaches, etc. helped us a lot! the sea view is incredible! climbing the stairs to the fourth floor is not easy, but worth it (and also helps to loose weight after Sicilian dinners :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most breathtaking view I could dream of on vacation. Watching the sunrise from this balcony is one the most memorable experiences of Sicily.
Two balconies and the location itself are definitely among the strongest points. The closest beach is not that wide but it's OK on weekdays, not so many people. A bit further away a few private lidos are an alternative, as well as the wider Naxos beach.
The bathroom is a bit small. The bed is comfortable and the breeze very pleasing.
The absence of the elevator was a disappointment at first, but altogether it was very well worth it. There are very few options with such a view. Definitely recommended!
