★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of cooking with David in Roma two times. Each time it was fantastic!! He is funny, creative in his approach to teaching his class, and easy to understand. David takes you to a local market , coffee , then on to his adorable roof top residence and kitchen for his guest. After learning how to make the pasta, we went on his outdoor patio for delicious appetizers and wine. After conversation , and yummy eats we returned to the kitchen to make the sauce. We sat and enjoyed a meal to remember with an awesome guy. If you want to learn from the BEST and be entertained , seek out A Cooking day in Rome , with David.
