Il cibo è tutto fatto da loro, lo si capisce anche dalla qualità. Abbiamo pagato 25 euro a persona, ma come quantità ne uscirete devastati, mangerete talmente tanto che non ci si può lamentare. A Genova un posto così è davvero oro colato, consigliato a chi piace mangiare veramente bene. Prezzo fisso a 25 euro...ottimi i ravioli al tocco,discreto il minestrone alla genovese, arrosto fatto con la carne da bollito... inaccettabile...discreti gli antipasti....vino nel bottiglione da 2 litri molto caratteristico...ma chi mi dice che nn era un avanzo precedente ?(arrivato già aperto..)...nn credo ci ritornerò.... Intanto entri e i pavimenti sono nella più classica graniglia genovese su cannicciato e sui muri solo foro di Genova antica. Il padrone di casa che ti parla in genovese con i più tipici intercalari di questo dialetto è senza prezzo. Antipasto con cuculli e focaccine di patate accompagnati con lardo e testa in cassetta. Primi: minestrone con scuccusun e pesto, ravioli al tucco Secondi: arrosto o pollo (dei loro) in umido con verza o patate fritte Dolci della casa. Vino imbottigliato in casa genuino all'ennesima potenza. Caffè e acqua "benedetta" dal vicino convento dei frati. Un conto da genovesi doc a cui puoi toccare tutto tranne il portafoglio Ci mettiamo una passeggiata serale per le vecchie crose per tornare a casa e cosa vuoi di più? Vogliamo proprio trovare una pecca? Belin son Sampdoriani ma direi che si può perdonare dai.. Un sentito grazie per quello che siete e fate, non cambiate mai! PS Quasi dimenticavo.... Per rimanere in tema poco vicino c'è la piazzetta del santuario con vista sulla nostra Genova davvero bella... Però è uno dei posti per cui torno a Genova ogni volta, qui si mangia davvero bene, il minestrone di pesto è da orgasmo culinario, qualcosa di fenomenale... Il personale è gentilissimo e se ti piace l'ambiente delle trattorie vecchio stile ricavate dalle vecchie cascine hai trovato il posto giusto! Only came for lunch! But it is one of the places I go back to Genoa every time, here you can eat really well, the pesto soup is a culinary orgasm, something phenomenal ... The staff is very kind and if you like the atmosphere of the old-fashioned trattorias from the old farmhouses you have found the right place!
