★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 5 anni che frequento questi corsi di yoga, iniziano a fine settembre, fino a fine giugno. Il mio fisico ha ottenuto molta elasticità , giovamento e sono meno rigida di schiena e corpo. È una pratica molto bella, a volte intensa, dipende dalle lezioni, se a terra, se con ausili, se al muro...ci sono tante possibile varianti sul tema.Vi assicuro che non avrete il tempo di annoiarvi. Mauro il nostro maestro esercita da 30 anni e la ns associazione è stata creata 12 anni fa .A gennaio potete iniziare il corso, potete fare abbonamento mensile, così provate e mi auguro come è successo a me e a molti altri miei compagni, non lo abbandoneremo più. Non pensate di fare meditazione e aum aum , come pensavo io, la prima volta, che mi sono recata a lezione, ho recepito, che era ed è tutta un altra cosa.Il giorno dopo che pratico yoga, posso fare qualsiasi lavoro pesante in casa e in giardino. perché il mio fisico è allenato. Vi aspettiamo .
