Una colata immane di cemento armato in riva al lago.
Doveva essere una sorta di darsena per il battello che fa il giro del lago, ma il battello non è mai riuscito ad entrare, forse per problemi tecnici o per la mala progettazione del manufatto.
Un'opera costosa ed inutile. Viene usata solo per prendere il sole dai bagnanti e forse a questo scopo bastava un'opera più modesta.
I never understood the meaning of this very expensive construction.

It was supposed to be a kind of dock for the boat that goes around the lake, but the boat never managed to enter, perhaps due to technical problems or the poor design of the building.
An expensive and useless work. It is used only for sunbathing by bathers and perhaps a more modest work was enough for this purpose.
