Personale non qualificato e ne tantomeno all'altezza di effettuare le pratiche previste, nel mio caso per un semplice trasferimento di proprietà il tempo di attesa è stato di un'ora e 10 minuti. Quando ho fatto notare che i tempi di attesa erano così lunghi mi viene risposto che sono i tempi previsti (mi chiedo perché in agenzia privata ci vogliano 10 minuti e qui nel pubblico se la prendono comoda). In tutto questo io ero l'unico cliente della mattina e i dipendenti erano in 4, di cui due allo sportello (mi dispiace ma non erano per nulla competenti) e hanno dovuto chiamare un terzo impiegato per telefono perché non riuscivano a completare la pratica (morale per fare una pratica ci sono voluti 3 dipendenti, uno scriveva al computer, uno dettava e uno diceva per telefono cosa scrivere, assurdo)
My review is related to the PRA office. Unqualified staff and even less able to carry out the required procedures, in my case for a simple transfer of ownership the waiting time was one hour and 10 minutes. When I pointed out that the waiting times were so long I am told that they are the expected times (I wonder why it takes 10 minutes in a private agency and here in the public they take it easy). In all this I was the only customer in the morning and the employees were 4, two of whom at the counter (sorry but they were not competent at all) and had to call a third employee on the phone because they could not complete the practice (moral to do a practice it took 3 employees, one wrote on the computer, one dictated and one said by phone what to write, absurd)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio il parrucchiere e svolgere le pratiche automobilistiche non e'il mio mestiere.dispiace rivolgersi ad uno sportello pubblico e avere a che fare con personale scorbutico maleducato e veramente con voglia di fare pari a zero.mi rivolgerò ad un agenzia privata tanto si paga ugualmente.
I work as a hairdresser and carrying out automotive practices is not my job. I'm sorry to go to a public counter and have to deal with grumpy rude staff and really want to do zero. I will contact a private agency so much you pay the same .
