★ ★ ★ ★ ★ volevo fare la rateizzazione dei bolli che mi sono arrivati a casa ma mi hanno detto che potevo farlo solo in via telematica e loro non potevano aiutarmi..... credo che se avessero avuto voglia di aiutarmi lo avrebbero fatto anche perché uno può anche non essere pratico con email e cose simili....
I wanted to pay the stamps that I got home in installments but they told me I could only do it electronically and they couldn't help me ..... I think if they had wanted to help me they would have done it also because one can not be practical with emails and the like ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ orai di apertura e chiusura assurdi questa mattina addirittura l ufficio e rimasto chiuso senza nemmeno un avviso ne sulla porta ne tantomeno su internet costringendo più di 20 persone di qui molti anziani al freddo furi ad aspettare un apertura mai avvenuta menefreghismo totale dovreste solo vergognarvi !
