★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitare assolutamente, scortesia e mancanza di professionalità sono gli elementi distintivi di questo salone.
Prenoto al telefono e concordo un determinato servizio comprensivo di shampoo, taglio, piega, colore, trattamento, balayage o effetti luce. Mi presento e trovo il locale deserto eccezione fatta per la proprietaria con le cartine in testa e un’altra signora al telefono. La proprietaria finge di non trovare il mio nome sull’agenda Settimanale, al che butto un occhio e con enorme stupore noto che oltre al mio nome chiaramente scritto c’erano solo altri tre appuntamenti per tutta la settimana. Nonostante le premesse non proprio rassicuranti sciaguratamente decido di provare. Mi fanno accomodare e quando faccio presente le condizioni concordate mi rispondono che loro per “colore” intendono solo la ricrescita, che per il balayage intendevano effetti luce etc ...
Al che prima di lasciarmi mettere le mani in testa chiedo spiegazioni esprimendo il mio disappunto e loro mi rispondono che se voglio è come dicono loro altrimenti me ne posso andare.
Ovviamente sono andata via. PESSIMO
Absolutely avoidance, rudeness and lack of professionalism are the hallmarks of this salon.
I book on the phone and agree on a specific service including shampoo, cut, style, color, treatment, balayage or light effects. I introduce myself and find the place deserted except for the owner with maps on her head and another lady on the phone. The owner pretends not to find my name on the Weekly diary, to which I throw an eye and with enormous amazement I notice that in addition to my clearly written name there were only three other appointments for the whole week. Despite the not-so-reassuring premises, unfortunately, I decide to try. They make me sit down and when I point out the agreed conditions they reply that by "color" they only mean regrowth, that by balayage they meant light effects etc ...
To which before letting me put my hands on my head I ask for explanations expressing my disappointment and they answer me that if I want it is as they say otherwise I can go.
Obviously I left. BAD
