Accetto. Arriva il tecnico e mi dice che deve chiamare il titolare per effettuare il preventivo . Il titolare non risponde e il tecnico dopo qualche tentativo mi dice che comunque lui sa che l’Intervento viene 390 euro altrimenti devo solo pagare l’uscita di 70 euro. Ovviamente colto dalla necessità di dover aprire il garage al cui interno c’erano le chiavi di accesso all’appartamento , accetto aspettandomi chissà quale intervento , visto il costo . Invece il tecnico prende un trapano a batterie e in 7-8 minuti scarsi apre la serratura . Mi dice poi che per il ripristino del cilindretto bastano 60 euro. Per non lasciare il garage aperto sono costretto ad accettare . Ho fatto presente l’esagerazione del costo al tecnico rispetto alla portata del’intervento che ha sostenuto che essendo particolarmente bravo ci ha messo poco e che si paga la professionalità. Unica nota da considerare era che si trattava del pomeriggio del 25 aprile .Morale 450 euro per 10 minuti di lavoro e come materiale impiegato solo un cilindretto .NON CHIAMATE MAI QUESTI , SI APPROFITTANO delle persone !!! The technician arrives and tells me that he must call the owner to make the estimate. The owner does not respond and the technician after a few attempts tells me that he knows that the intervention is 390 euros otherwise I just have to pay the 70 euro exit. Obviously caught by the need to open the garage inside which there were the keys to access the apartment, I accept expecting who knows what intervention, given the cost. Instead, the technician takes a battery drill and in 7-8 minutes, opens the lock. He then tells me that 60 euros are enough to restore the cylinder. In order not to leave the garage open I am forced to accept. I pointed out the exaggeration of the cost to the technician with respect to the scope of the intervention which claimed that being particularly good it took little and that professionalism is paid for. The only note to consider was that it was the afternoon of April 25. Moral 450 euros for 10 minutes of work and only a cylinder is used as material.
