I liked it because everything was automated: to enter the door, a phone number is dialed with the phone, to access the apartment and the room type a number on the keypad

Right next to Metro to centre for tourism, easy to change for train to airport. Good variety of local supermarkets, shops, bars and cafes just downstairs.
Attractively decorated rooms each with ensuite toilet and shower, soap and shampoo dispensers. Simple but sufficient furnishing, beds comfortable. Kichen area with fridge, breakfast crockery and good espresso pod machine. Air conditioning / heaters in each room with double glazing, shutters and balcony.
The code system to open internal doors, and call by mobile phone to open front door works particularly well now European Roaming is free, and for us was a great way to avoid bothering with keys when we arrived very late. We never met the local staff running the place, but they offered helpful support via WhatsApp and dropped off extra supplies when needed.
If noise bothers you keep windows closed, but personally I liked hearing the church bells and metros. You may have to pay additional tourist tax on arrival.
