Ordino sul loro sito in quanto avevano disponibile un profumo che mi interessava in un formato piccolo, dal momento che non ero certe rispecchiasse il mio gusto.
Ordino pertanto due profumi per un totale di 184 Euro il 17 marzo.
Dopo circa una settimana che non ricevo notizie contatto il servizio clienti, che mi informa che la spedizione non è stata inviata in quanto uno dei prodotti è mancante nel loro magazzino (forse allora poco corretto averlo disponibile sul proprio sito, no?). Però ok, un errore può starci ed è umano. Ma potevano avvertirmi prima invece che aspettare la mia richiesta di assistenza.
Alla fine merce arrivata il 1 Aprile dopo 2 settimane dal mio ordine.
Mi sarei aspettato qualche campioncino o qualche piccolo omaggio almeno per farsi scusare del ritardo, ma niente. Onestamente non penso che ripeterò degli acquisti in questo negozio.

I order on their site as they had a perfume available that I was interested in in a small format, since I was not sure it reflected my taste.
I therefore order two perfumes for a total of 184 Euros on March 17th.
After about a week of not receiving any news, I contact customer service, which informs me that the shipment has not been sent because one of the products is missing in their warehouse (perhaps then it is not correct to have it available on your website, right?). But ok, a mistake can be there and it is human. But they could have warned me sooner rather than waiting for my request for assistance.
Eventually goods arrived on April 1st after 2 weeks from my order.
I would have expected some samples or some small tribute at least to apologize for the delay, but nothing. I honestly don't think I will repeat purchases at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect perfume store!! Matteo really took the time to find my favourite perfume explaining as he went along the differences in ingredients and the story behind each brand. I bought a present also for a friend which was not in stock but arrived at my house next day by bike, beautifully giftwrapped. Can't rate this shop any higher, will deffinitely go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from them and they charge me taxes for Canada, upon arrival should pay again because they don't pay taxes in Canada, but they charge it. They charge me 40 for taxes but offered only 7 for reimburse, because other part "covers shipping cost", you have shipping free policy. Fraud! If you are not in Italy think twice.
Shipping of perfumes worth more than 200$ in envelope, come on at least it should be a bubbler mailer, preferably box.
Tried to contact the few times about taxes they just ignore my emails
