L'attesa è giusta e moderata nel rispetto dei propri operatori,ho festeggiato il compleanno di mio figlio Ivan e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Le verdure, non so se grigliate o crude, sono arrivate carbonizzate. Il pizzaiolo non ha saputo gestire "l'imprevisto": bastava semplicemente aggiungerle pochi minuti prima di ultimare la cottura e comunque, in questa stagione le melanzane e le zucchine te le tirano appresso al costo di 1€ per 1kg mi sarei aspettata un ricco condimento di verdure grigliate a fette di mezzo centrimetro, non quattro fettine tagliate alla julienne per giunta nere. il risparmio non è mai guadagno! locale pulito e personale gentile. I asked for an ortolana pizza without mozzarella as I did not have the lactose-free one. The vegetables, I don't know if grilled or raw, arrived charred. The pizza maker was unable to manage "the unexpected": it was enough to simply add them a few minutes before completing cooking and in any case, in this season the aubergines and courgettes are pulled along at a cost of € 1 per 1kg I would have expected a rich dressing of grilled vegetables sliced half a centimeter, not four slices cut into julienne black ones. saving is never a profit! clean room and friendly staff.
