★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano detto che il costo della piega fosse di 18euro senza utilizzo di piastra o ferro, avevo specificato di non volere nessun tipo di maschera o balsamo .... Quando sono andata alla cassa ho pagato 24euro. Ci sono semplicemente rimasta male per il gesto, sarei ritornata volentieri nel loro salone (la ragazza è stata brava a fare la piega) ma non ci si comporta così!!!! È proprio una questione di principio, hanno avuto un comportamento scorretto.
They told me that the cost of the fold was 18 euros without using a plate or iron, I had specified that I did not want any type of mask or conditioner .... When I went to the cashier I paid 24 euros. I was simply upset by the gesture, I would have gladly returned to their salon (the girl was good at styling) but we don't behave like that !!!! It is just a matter of principle, they have behaved badly.

Anche se era la prima volta che venivo in questo salone mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e ho riposto piena fiducia nello staff, senza pentirmene? taglio drastico ma azzeccatissimo, è stata fondamentale la consulenza iniziale, che ha messo d'accordo sia la mia volontà che quella del parrucchiere. Trasparenza nei prezzi e professionalità nel lavoro. Tornerò sicuramente!
Very kind and competent staff! Even though it was the first time I came to this salon, I immediately felt at ease and placed full trust in the staff, without regretting it drastic cut but perfectly suited, the initial consultation was fundamental, which agreed both my will than that of the hairdresser. Transparency in prices and professionalism in work. I will definitely be back!
