Gli impasti cambiano quasi quotidianamente, le farine e gli altri ingredienti sono locali e c’è una cura minuziosa per il dettaglio che fa la differenza per mantenere la loro pizza leggera, saporita e digeribilissima.
Come se non bastasse, quando si ha occasione di scambiare due parole con la proprietaria e il suo staff ci si sente accolti dalla loro passione e dalla loro gentile simpatia!
Se passate da città della pieve, 320 gradi deve essere una tappa in cui fermarvi per immergervi nella tradizione e nell’innovazione umbro-toscana.
 320 is not just a pizzeria, it is an innovative project that stems from the enormous passion of its owner who, with commitment and strength, has transformed a pizzeria for take-out into a bakery research laboratory.
The doughs change almost daily, the flours and other ingredients are local and there is a meticulous attention to detail that makes the difference to keep their pizza light, tasty and highly digestible.
As if that were not enough, when you have the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owner and her staff, you feel welcomed by their passion and their kind sympathy!

Very good dough, soft and crunchy and at the same time digestible, made with a mix of special flours, leavening 72h, welcoming and very kind owner, many types of pizza, calzoni and various fried foods! The top Provola speck and zucchini ?

Pizze, calzoni, focacce,… un po’ per tutti i gusti!
La ragazza gentile e disponibile a spiegarci e a rispondere alle nostre curiosità sulle sue specialità!
Fateci caso ai cartelloni che espone..le piace variare gli ingredienti, specialmente sperimentare con le farine!
Da provare per un pranzetto/snack veloce tra una tappa e l’altra.
Just outside the historic center, reachable within walking distance, there is this little place with a curious and particular name that reflects important details of the products prepared here.

The kind girl is available to explain and answer our curiosities about her specialties!
Pay attention to the posters she displays .. she likes to vary the ingredients, especially experimenting with flours!
