★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza doccia ne spogliatoi. Gentili e molto bravi i ragazzi in sala e le ragazze dei corsi. Non si può dire lo stesso della ragazza in reception. Insopportabile. Invece di attirare clienti li fa scappare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istruttori gentili e disponibili, prezzi competitivi, palestra e attrezzi nella media ma più che sufficienti per portare avanti i propri obiettivi! Unico neo: niente spogliatoi, bisogna arrangiarsi.
Kind and helpful instructors, competitive prices, average gym and equipment but more than enough to pursue your goals! The only drawback: no changing rooms, you have to make do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trasferita a Milano e questa è la palestra che frequenta il mio compagno, mi sono iscritta anche io, non male, ci sono gli attrezzi necessari (non tutti) e non ci sono dei spogliatoi chiusi. Unica pecca è che non si può sospendere l'abbonamento e che non ci sono distinzioni di abbonamento (almeno a me non li hanno proposti, al mio compagno sì).
I moved to Milan and this is the gym that my partner goes to, I joined too, not bad, there are the necessary tools (not all) and there are no closed changing rooms. The only flaw is that the subscription cannot be suspended and that there are no subscription distinctions (at least they didn't offer them to me, yes to my partner).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella una palestra funzionale ed efficente dove si sente lo spirito di lavorare ... Non adatto a chi cerca un posto di svago e conquiste ... Se volete tacchinare non é il posto adatto ..se volete una palestra é quello che fa per voi .... Da notare che nel servizio é compreso un personal trainer che se avete bisogno vi segue e con il tempo vi farà anche una scheda pedonalizzata ... direi molto consigliata .....
Beautiful a functional and efficient gym where you can feel the spirit of working ... Not suitable for those looking for a place for recreation and conquests ... If you want to turkey it's not the right place .. if you want a gym it's right for you .... Note that the service includes a personal trainer who follows you if you need to and over time will also make you a pedestrianized card ... I would say highly recommended .....
