★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lavare due coperte matrimoniali di lunedì. Mi dicono di poter ritirare già dal mercoledì, quindi dopo due giorni. In accordo con loro vado però di venerdì per il ritiro perché sarei dovuta andare nel cc per lavoro e avrei unito le due cose. Il venerdì le coperte non sono pronte. Si scusano per l'accaduto e mi dicono di ripassare lunedì che saranno pronte. Il lunedì mattina arrivo al negozio ma le coperte ancora non sono pronte manca di metterle sottovuoto. Mi chiedono quindi di farmi un giro per il cc in attesa del completamento dell'ordine . Considerando che non c'è stata nessuna pressione da parte mia per un ritiro in tempi brevi, e che invece le scadenze sono state sempre dettate da loro, perlomeno mi sarei aspettata un maggior rispetto nelle tempistiche di consegna
