Inoltre era visibilmente scocciata dalla mia richiesta di consigli e come ciliegina sulla torta ...ma questo non è colpa sua, una volta in cassa non ho potuto concludere l'acquisto perché non aveva resto da darmi! Anche a me é capitato di acquistare ultimamente e non avevano il resto da darmi, assurdo! Mi rivolgo ai titolari, non pensate solo agli sgravi fiscali, assumendo ragazzine senza esperienza, perchè è un bel punto vendita e un bel marchio ma cosi lo svalorizzate voi, con la mancanza di professionalità di chi ci lavora. Nessuna si è mai avvicinata senza mascherina e sono state sempre molto pazienti ed esaustive nell'accogliere le mie richieste. La commessa non indossava la mascherina, era seduta alla postazione make up e si rifaceva il trucco con noi clienti all'interno del pdv. Nessuna accoglienza, né un sorriso. Ho dovuto darle io il numero di telefono per caricare i punti in cassa, lei non me lo ha neanche chiesto e solo in fase di pagamento quando mi sono resa conto che il prezzo non coincideva a quanto scritto nel cartellino del 30% mi ha detto che lo sconto c'era solo se prendevo tre articoli, quindi ho dovuto riperdere tempo a cercarli quando se me lo avesse detto prima avrei fatto tutto da subito. Le commesse sono tutte molto preparate e solari nei modi di approcciarsi, in particolare volevo fare i complimenti alla ragazza bionda e alla ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi per la competenza, la pazienza e la gentilezza con cui si approcciano alle clienti.
