★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza imbarazzante e servizio coerente col prodotto. Locale tanto rinomato nelle frazioni della zona, famoso per il giro pizza a 10 euro a persona. Io e la mia famiglia decidiamo di andare a mangiare in questo locale, tavolo da 9, giro pizza, martedì sera. Ci presentiamo a locale vuoto, ordiniamo e ci servono le prime pizze dopo 40 minuti. La media di attesa per ogni coppia di pizze sarà questo per tutta la cena. Camerieri che portavano pietanze ai tavoli sbagliati, bibite già servite portate una seconda volta senza che nessuno le avesse ordinate. Chiediamo il conto, mezz'ora dopo ancora eravamo in attesa. Ci alziamo e andiamo in cassa, troviamo ben 2 persone dello staff a fare il conto nostro... 10 euro a persona bevande incluse e 5 supplì fuori menù potrebbe essere un addizione semplice da fare. Eppure.... Ma veniamo al prodotto. Una pizza imbarazzante, impasto senza sapore ma ben carico di lievito, biscottato, condimenti di media qualità se non fosse che al pizzaiolo manchino le basi del mestiere: i salumi vanno messi sotto la mozzarella altrimenti si seccano in cottura e ballano da una parte all'altra della pizza. Ordinato una pizza con la bufala ci presentano una mozzarella che, o non era bufala oppure lo era ma di qualità davvero scadente. Unica nota positiva è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei camerieri. Probabilmente, viste le recensioni più che positive, abbiamo trovato lo staff in una serata no, oppure è un servizio/prodotto riservato al giro pizza e gli altri utenti hanno optato per un opzione diversa. Ciò che so è che non ci metterò più piede e, dopo aver sentito le opinioni di chi è andato nelle sere successive, non sarò il solo. A Roma un locale simile durerebbe un quarto d'ora. Mai più.
