Great coffee. Possibility to choose also particular tastes like cinnamon or ginger. Sale of pods for all types of machines and ground coffee for Moka.

I fatti: mia madre ha deciso di regalarmi una macchina da caffè, e ne ha acquistata presso questo negozio una di marca Aroma Vero a capsule (con una serie di confezioni di capsule incluse), ricevendo piene rassicurazioni che possedessero capsule di quella marca e anche compatibili.
Finite le capsule che erano incluse nel pacco, sono passato a prenderne altre da questo negozio per far scorta, in quanto mia madre mi aveva spiegato ciò che le avevano riferito (che potevo andare da loro a prenderne altre) ... solo per sentirmi dire che in realtà non possedevano capsule di questa marca, né compatibili.
A questo punto, indispettito, ho chiesto a mia madre spiegazioni e ovviamente lei ha chiamato immediatamente il negozio, solo pe sentirsi dire che non hanno mai venduto prodotti della marca Aroma Vero.
Pur di "rifilare" 35€ scarsi di macchinetta e capsule annesse, avete preferito fare i bugiardi, che pena che fate...!
Poi non lagnatevi se la gente preferisce Amazon a negoziuncoli come il vostro.
A mai più riverderci.
Absolutely not recommended due to the lack of professionalism shown.
The facts: My mom decided to give me a coffee machine, and bought an Aroma Vero capsule-branded coffee machine at this store (with a range of capsule packs included), receiving full reassurance that they owned that brand's capsules and also compatible.
When I ran out of capsules that were included in the package, I went to get more from this shop to stock up, as my mother had explained to me what they had told her (that I could go to them to get more) ... only to be told who actually did not have capsules of this brand, nor compatible.
At this point, annoyed, I asked my mother for an explanation and of course she immediately called the shop, only to be told that they have never sold products of the Aroma Vero brand.
In order to "trim" the scarce 35 € of machine and related capsules, you preferred to be liars, what pain you do ...!
Then don't complain if people prefer Amazon to shops like yours.
To never see again.
