Il negozio è fornito, il ragazzo con gli occhiali e la moglie sono simpatici ed affabili, ma il signore di mezza età che è spesso alla cassa è anti-fidelizzazione del cliente.
Anzitutto non abbozza mai un minimo di sorriso, neppure a me che sono cliente fissa da mesi.
Qualche giorno fa poi ha toccato il fondo: scontrino da 10,68 cent... Non avevo i 68 cent... Neanche uno sconto di 68 cent dopo mesi che mi vedi... Mi ha costretto a cambiare la 50.
Vergognoso.
Comprerò altrove.

The shop is stocked, the guy with glasses and his wife are nice and personable, but the middle-aged gentleman who is often at the checkout is anti-customer loyalty.
First, never paints a minimum smile, not to me that the customer sets for months.
A few days ago then he hit the bottom: 10.68 cent receipt ... I didn't have the 68 cents ... Not even a discount of 68 cents after months that you see me ... He forced me to change the 50.
Shameful.
I will buy elsewhere.
