J	Jochen Klaiber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine super Wanderung, klasse angelegter Wanderweg, landschaftlich toll, Höhepunkte sind sicherlich der Wasserfall und die Hängebrücke. A great hike, great hiking trail, great scenery, highlights are certainly the waterfall and the suspension bridge.

N	Nadine Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön, aber nichts für Kinder Wir sind diese Etappe des Meraner Höhenwegs mit unseren Söhnen (4Monate in der Manduca und 2Jahre in der Kraxe) gegangen und dachten, dass diese Etappe vergleichbar ist mit der Etappe im Pfossental, die wir einige Tage zuvor gelaufen sind. Diese Etappe war wesentlich schwieriger und ist daher nichts für Kinder. Wir haben es aber Gott sei Dank ohne Probleme geschafft. Unterwegs haben wir allerdings einen Herren gesehen, der gestürzt ist und von der Bergwacht abtransportiert werden musste. Nice, but not for children We went this stage of the Meraner Höhenweg with our sons (4 months in the Manduca and 2 years in the Kraxe) and thought that this stage is comparable to the stage in the Pfossental, which we ran a few days before. This stage was much more difficult and is therefore not for children. Thank God we made it without any problems. On the way, however, we saw a gentleman who fell and had to be removed by the mountain rescue service.
D	Dennis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ob es nun die neue Hängebrücke und die vielen neuen Seilgeländer gebraucht hätte, sei mal dahin gestellt. Wenn man aber die Stoßzeiten vermeidet, zu denen die Wanderer die Schlucht durchqueren, die von den beiden Seilbahnen Unterstell und Texel aus starten, dann ist die Wanderung zwischen Pirchhof und Hochforch (Achtung, Hofschank dort ist dauerhaft geschlossen!) ein Traum. It remains to be seen whether the new suspension bridge and the many new rope railings would have been needed. But if you avoid the rush hours when the hikers cross the gorge, which start from the two cable cars Unterstell and Texel, then the hike between Pirchhof and Hochforch (attention, court bar there is permanently closed!) Is a dream.
P	Patrick Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Weg. Ob es wirklich 1000 Stufen sind, bleibt offen. :-) Wege sind gut mit Seilen und Ketten gesichert. Great way. It remains to be seen whether there are really 1000 steps. :-) Paths are well secured with ropes and chains.
H	Heli K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war toll aber angeblich sollen es nur 978 Stufen sein. Am tollsten fand ich die hänge Brücke. It was great but supposedly there should only be 978 steps. I found the hanging bridge the best.
J	Jana Cz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Wanderung zwischen der Bergbahn Texel und Unterstell. Teilweise verläuft der Weg im Wald. Feste Schuhe sind Pflicht zur Unterstützung kann man Stöcke nutzen. Einige Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr sind auf der Strecke. Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Weg sehr gut besucht. Kann man auch mit Hund laufen. Beautiful hike between Bergbahn Texel and Unterstell. Partly the path runs in the forest. Sturdy shoes are required, sticks can be used for support. There are a few places to stop along the way. The path is very busy at peak times. Can you walk with a dog?
