R	Roberto Parentela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo constatare l’assoluta mancanza di professionalità. Ordine telefonico alle 19.40 chiedendo se fosse possibile ritirare per le 21.00. Confermano l’ordine. Mi presento puntuale e pago prima del ritiro. Alle 21.20 chiedo gentilmente a che punto fosse l’ordine e con assoluta mancanza di rispetto mi dicono scocciati che ci vuole almeno mezz’ora. Se va bene. A questo punto ho fatto notare che LORO mi hanno detto che alle 21.00 andava bene il ritiro. Ho chiesto il rimborso di quanto pagato e senza neanche chiedere scusa mi è stato restituito quanto avevo pagato. Può assolutamente capitare in un sabato sera di avere confusione ma sono i modi che sono stati irritanti. Ero un cliente assiduo. Evidentemente non gradito. Non ci tornerò mai più. Unfortunately, I must note the absolute lack of professionalism. Telephone order at 7.40 pm asking if it was possible to collect by 9.00 pm. They confirm the order. I show up on time and pay before the pickup. At 9.20pm I politely ask at what point the order was and with absolute disrespect they tell me annoyed that it takes at least half an hour. If it is OK. At this point I pointed out that THEY told me that the pickup was fine at 21.00. I asked for a refund of the amount paid and without even apologizing, I was returned what I had paid. It can absolutely happen on a Saturday night to get confused but it's the ways that have been annoying. I was a regular customer. Evidently unwelcome. I will never go back.

Servizio rapido ed efficiente, personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Vengo da Salerno e ho voluto provare la pizza con nduja e ricotta, favolosa! Edit: Anche la carbonara è davvero fantastica! Clean place, anti-COVID rules respected to perfection, waiting times not too long, excellent and substantial appetizers, wide choice of pizzas on the menu. Quick and efficient service, very helpful and friendly staff. I am from Salerno and I wanted to try the pizza with nduja and ricotta, fabulous! Edit: The carbonara is also really fantastic!
