Uno regolare, l’altro presentava aloni gialli, alcune macchiettine come cacchette di animali, inoltre odore sgradevole come se non fosse stato affatto lavato. Andare a litigare e pretendere una nuova pulizia dopo quattro mesi l’ho trovato inutile, anche per il tempo e la lunga fila da fare. Portato il piumone ad altra lavanderia, che ha confermato i miei sospetti. Di sicuro non mi vedranno più, anche per altri leggeri disservizi subiti in passato. This morning I opened the covers of the duvets brought to wash and collected in July. A regular one, the other had yellow haloes, some small specks like cacchette of animals, also unpleasant smell as if it had not been washed at all. Going to fight and claim a new cleaning after four months I found it useless, even for the time and the long queue to do. Brought the duvet to other laundry, which confirmed my suspicions. Ho portato una giacca a lavare per una macchia d'olio, ero attratto dalla velocitá con cui consegnano e dalla fila di gente che di solito significa qualità, ho pagato in anticipo e quando ho ritirato la macchia era identica e a casa mi sono accorto che avevano scolorito dei punti della giacca che prima erano sani. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e sbrigativi hanno detto che le avevano provate tutte! Mi aspettavo almeno scuse, quantomeno un altro tentativo Unfortunately, I am very unhappy. A	Arianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che già ero andata in questa tintoria altre volte e tutte le volte ho trovato file lunghissime dovute soprattutto ad una cattiva gestione della cassa, ritiro e pagamenti in un unica cassa....ma visto i prezzi e la comodità del centro commerciale avevo continuato ad andarci. Ieri sera la sorpresa...apro il piumone matrimoniale sotto vuoto ed era pieno di peli/capelli! Ma veramente pieno! Uno schifo!! Mi ci sono voluti più di 45 minuti di santo folletto per toglierli sia da un lato che dall'altro! Mi chiedo come abbiano fatto a non accorgersene al momento del confezionamento sottovuoto.....uno schifo!! Ho smarrito la ricevuta dei miei capì che ho portato a lavare, sono andata nell’orario dedicato al ritiro senza ricevuta ma il negozio era chiuso. Al momento dell’apertura non mi hanno dato le mie cose, mi hanno trattata malissimo, e secondo loro io avrei dovuto infilarmi sotto la serranda e chiamarli per ritirare. Conclusione: sono rimasta senza le mie divise per lavorare, sono stata trattata malissimo a Toni anche alti e animati. Bastava scrivere un cartello fuori in cui si invitava a piegarsi ed entrare anche a negozio chiuso! Senza parole!!! Bad staff! Courtesy and education totally absent !!!!! Il mio giacchetto non avendo l etichetta, dove leggere le indicazioni di lavaggio, non me lo volevano prendere in carico. Non solo mi hanno rovinato il tessuto del giacchetto, ma magicamente la macchia che c era prima è sprarita, purtroppo che me ne hanno fatta un'altra sulla manica. NON ANDATE, VI ROVINANO I VESTITI! Bad, they are rude, rushed and unpleasant. Since my jacket did not have the label, where to read the washing instructions, they did not want to take care of it. I soldi se li prendono subito e poi devi stare pure con il pensiero se fanno e se fanno bene quello per cui li hai commissionati. Mi hanno consegnato un lavoro non eseguito e mi hanno costretto a rimanere 40 minuti. Non mi ridavano i soldi e per rimediare lo facevano subito. Mi hanno costretto è questo credo sia quasi da denuncia Mediocre service and very little seriousness. g	giacomo riello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi esposti non corrispondono.a quelli applicati: mi hanno fatto pagare 12 euro la pulizia di una giacca a vento estiva leggerissima perché è "di marca", la commessa non capiva bene quando parlavo e rispondeva in un italiano quasi incomprensibile e nonostante ciò ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che il prezzo è a loro totale discrezione indipendentemente da quelli esposti, una roba mai vista...... inoltre ho dovuto varie volte far lavare nuovamente i capi perché erano ancora macchiati ( ovviamente ho dovuto segnalarlo io ), state alla larga da questo esercizio commerciale: in poche parole sono cari, scorretti,scortesi e incompetenti... The prices displayed do not correspond to those applied: they charged me 12 euros for the cleaning of a very light summer windbreaker because it is "branded", the saleswoman did not understand well when I spoke and answered in an almost incomprehensible Italian and despite this she did had the courage to tell me that the price is at their total discretion regardless of those displayed, something never seen before ......
