D	Danilo Di Stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarta poco competente e molto maleducata. Ho portato a sistemare un indumento. Al ritiro ho trovato un leggero difetto che andava sistemato. Ho cercato di mostrare quale fosse il difetto alla sarta, senza incolparla del problema (che effettivamente poteva essere un difetto di fabbrica dell'indumento). Sono stato assalito e insultato immediatamente dalla sarta, senza neanche avere la possibilità di spiegare cosa intendevo. Quando mi sono lamentato del trattamento ricevuto, la sarta ha cercato di far cadere la colpa su di me, fingendosi lei la vittima delle mie angherie. Morale della favola sono andato da un'altra sarta che mi ha sistemato senza problemi il difetto. Not very competent and very rude seamstress. I took a garment to fix. On retirement I found a slight defect that needed to be fixed. I tried to show the seamstress what the fault was, without blaming her for the problem (which could actually be a factory fault in the garment). I was attacked and insulted immediately by the seamstress, without even having a chance to explain what I meant. When I complained about the treatment, the seamstress tried to put the blame on me by posing as the victim of my bullying. Moral of the story I went to another seamstress who fixed the flaw without problems.

Avevo da ristringere diversi completi che ormai davo per perduti e grazie a loro ho un guardaroba nuovo senza aver acquistato nulla!!! Porterò i miei vestiti sempre da loro!!!! I discovered this tailoring almost by accident because I was passing through Ciampino. I found staff courteous, helpful and very professional. I had to shrink several suits that I now gave up for lost and thanks to them I have a new wardrobe without buying anything !!! I will always bring my clothes to them !!!!

Anzi ho portato alla sartoria uno zainetto con la zyp rotta e me lo ha riparato e ancora dura da due anni. Ho chiesto alla proprietaria, Monalisa se poteva riparare un giubbotto in pelle di un mio amico che si era strappato su una spalla, lo ha riparato e ed è stata talmente brava che la riparazione neanche si notava. It is a fast and efficient tailoring. The staff is extremely kind. I have been sewing my clothes for several years and I have never had any problems. In fact, I brought a backpack with the broken zyp to the tailor's shop and it repaired it and it has still lasted for two years. I asked the owner, Monalisa if she could repair a leather jacket of a friend of mine that had torn on one shoulder, repaired it and it was so good that the repair was not even noticeable.
