β β β β β Everything was perfectly fine until i saw the cook making a video of me while i was struggling with chopsticks. All his colleagues laughed and it made me feel very humiliated.
So, sorry i cant use chopstick but at least i have good manners and im not making fun of my customers.

β β β β β Went for lunch one day, the place itself is fairly easy to find. Very clean, open and modern feeling and the seating opened up to store bags in. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Menu is really nice, a complete range of sushi and Japanese food, including many vegan items. I ordered the vegan set, including edamame beans and miso soup as well as a variety of vegan sushi. It tasted fresh and well prepared and also beautifully presented and I had a dessert too. A really nice place in Bergamo, especially for the special vegan considerations!

β β β β β Very disappointed with the food, was expecting good quality for the prize. The sui mai were raw and the paste were supposed to be steamed but they were completely raw, the egg in the rice tasted off and the salmon tartare looked awful. Miso soup was way too salty. Very low quality
