Ho acquistato un vestito per la comunione di mia figlia che si doveva tenere l'anno scorso pagandoglielo al momento ma l'evento purtroppo non si è più tenuto causa covid. Al rilascio a suo tempo di un buono da spendere per la collezione di quest'anno la titolare mi ha detto che dovevo prendere il vestito dell'anno scorso quando mia figlia ne aveva scelto un altro della collezione di quest'anno e in lacrime e uscita dal negozio!!!! Ma la faccenda certamente non terminera qui! Era la prima volta che pur vivendo a orta nova mi recavo in quel negozio spinto da mia figlia anche se la scortesia della titolare mi era ben nota! Spero che questa mia recensione possa servire a far aprire gli occhi a chi voglia recarsi in quel negozio!
Owner inadequate to serve customers! I bought a communion dress for my daughter that was supposed to be held last year by paying for it at the moment but unfortunately the event was no longer held due to covid. Upon the release in due course of a voucher to spend on this year's collection, the owner told me that I had to pick up last year's dress when my daughter had chosen another one from this year's collection and in tears and went out. from the shop!!!! But the matter certainly won't end there! It was the first time that despite living in orta nova I went to that shop pushed by my daughter even if the rudeness of the owner was well known to me! I hope that this review of mine can serve to open the eyes of those who want to go to that shop!
