★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente delusa.... soprattutto per la presa in giro......qualche giorno fa ordino una torta ...preciso che l'ordine viene preso dalle commesse e non dal pasticcerie... stamattina ritiro la torta....dopo mezz'ora circa la torta è praticamente collassata...torno al locale dove dopo aver parlato ancora con le commesse...la torta mi viene rattoppata alla meglio e NON SOSTITUITA...la torta dopo 10 minuti viene messa in frigo ...ma quando viene aperta la confezione.... questo è lo stato...la figura davanti a 20 invitati e al personale del ristorante è stata a dir poco vergognosa............oltre allo stato penoso della torta ...la crema se così la vogliamo chiamare era piena di piccoli grumetti....una vergogna.........questa non è la prima volta che mi capita di assaggiare una crema deludente in questo posto.....che vanta il nome di pasticceria ma di fatto è solo un bel bar........ inoltre quando sono ripassata nel pomeriggio....le suddette commesse mi hanno detto che la torta non si chiama cambia.... evidentemente sarà così perché questa che appare il foto più che una torta è un orrore.... grazie e a mai più
Deeply disappointed .... especially for the teasing ...... a few days ago I order a cake ... I specify that the order is taken by the orders and not by the pastry shops ... this morning I withdraw the cake ... . after about half an hour the cake has practically collapsed ... I go back to the place where after talking again with the shop assistants ... the cake is patched as best as possible and NOT REPLACED ... the cake is put in the fridge after 10 minutes ... but when the package is opened .... this is the state ... the figure in front of 20 guests and the restaurant staff was nothing short of shameful ............ beyond in the painful state of the cake ... the cream if we want to call it was full of small lumps .... a shame ......... this is not the first time that I happen to taste a disappointing cream in this place ..... which boasts the name of patisserie but in fact it is just a nice bar ... c hiama changes .... obviously it will be like this because this photo that appears more than a cake is a horror .... thanks and never again
