★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione. Ero sua paziente da diversi anni, ho deciso di non esserlo più a causa della scortesia è scarsa professionalità sua e delle sue segretarie. Dovendomi sottoporre ad un intervento urgente ho chiesto di ricevere un preventivo, alla mia richiesta mi è stato prima domandato se avevo l'assicurazione per poi ribattere con fastidio alla mia risposta negativa:-" se non le va bene può andare al Pubblico". Questa reazione a una domanda semplice e banale mi ha lasciata molto perplessa e spiazzata. Anche a distanza di giorni non ho mai ricevuto il preventivo richiesto.
Ed ho optato per un altro professionista meno spocchioso.
Educazione e professionalità non dovrebbero essere mai in discussione.
