Il signor Egidio è stato molto gentile fin dal primo contatto telefonico, si vede che partecipa realmente al dolore di chi si rivolge a lui, non si ha l'impressione di uno che intenda lucrare sulle nostre sofferenze. Purtroppo nulla ti può restituire il tuo adorato compagno di vita, ma avere a fianco una persona che ti assiste con tatto e delicatezza fa la differenza. Per Jessica abbiamo scelto un'urna stupenda e al momento della consegna ci è stato donato anche un medaglione di terracotta con l'impronta della sua zampetta. Zorme è una realtà molto professionale, attenta ad ogni dettaglio, in un momento assolutamente difficile ed emotivamente destabilizzante. Il Signor Egidio è veramente gentile, delicato, discreto e attento a mettere le persone in condizione di viversi l'ultimo saluto nel modo migliore, dedicando tutto il tempo necessario. Per noi è stato davvero importante questo rituale. Veramente grata per essermi affidata e super consigliato!
