Spent with my cocker for ear cleaning (for which he explained to me how to do it alone at home). Then shop with high quality products! Owner always ready to give advice and willing to order products in small quantities for specific requests. Really good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissimi professionisti, super gentili e disponibili, ho portato, per fare una toilette (di emergenza, essendosi sporcata in montagna durante la passeggiata), la mia principessa Kira e sono stati magnifici veramente, molto attenti alle esigenze e mi hanno subito risolto il problema facendo ritornare Kira al suo magnifico splendore, pulita e profumata. Semplicemente perfetti. Anche il negozio ha quanto necessario per le varie esigenze ed il personale è molto gentile a spiegare i vari prodotti ed utilizzo degli stessi, su qualsiasi domanda venga loro rivolta.
Great professionals, super nice and helpful, I took my princess Kira to make a toilet (emergency, having got dirty in the mountains during the walk) and they were truly magnificent, very attentive to needs and they immediately solved the problem by doing return Kira to its magnificent splendor, clean and fragrant. Simply perfect. The shop also has what is necessary for the various needs and the staff is very kind to explain the various products and their use, on any question they are asked.
