Scortesia da parte del venditore, che non ha fatto altro che evitarmi, rispondermi con malgarbo, quasi come se gli desse fastidio darmi qualche consiglio in merito al cibo da acquistare. Ho acquistato il cibo per la mia gatta, dovevo acquistare pure il trasportino e mi ha mandata via dicendo che devo parlarne la prossima volta con la proprietaria,sempre con fare sgarbato e per nulla accogliente, sbuffando ed evitandomi ( ed erano ancora le 19.20),quindi non era manco orario di chiusura. Zero cordialità, zero educazione, zero accoglienza, zero professionalità.Mi sono pentita d'aver acquistato ugualmente il cibo, dovevo lasciarglielo sul bancone.
If I could I would put zero stars. Unkindness on the part of the seller, who has done nothing but avoid me, respond with rudeness, almost as if it bothers him to give me some advice on the food to buy. I bought food for my cat, I also had to buy the pet carrier and she sent me away saying that I have to talk about it next time with the owner, always rude and not welcoming at all, snorting and avoiding me (and it was still 19.20), so it wasn't even closing time. Zero friendliness, zero education, zero hospitality, zero professionalism. I regretted having bought the food anyway, I had to leave it on the counter.
