Dopo tre mesi, li ha tolti e poi , visitato altre tre volte, non aveva più il prodotto. Ero in difficoltà per dare le pasticche di antibiotico al gatto appena sterilizzato e mi serviva easy-pill a tutti i costi. Morale della favola l'ho trovato solo li (tra Frosinone e Anagni ce l'aveva solo lui) e me lo ha tenuto da parte dal primo pomeriggio alla sera nonostante ne avesse solo una confezione e non ci conoscessimo. Altamente consigliato. There is a lot of stuff in the shop, maybe a little too messy. The owner is very kind, helpful and correct person. I was having a hard time giving antibiotic tablets to the newly neutered cat and I needed easy-pill at all costs. Moral of the story I only found it there (between Frosinone and Anagni only he had it) and he kept it for me from early afternoon to evening despite having only one pack and we didn't know each other. Highly recommended.

Mi sono rivolta a questo punto vendita per acquistare una colomba, all'inizio tutto ok,dopo una settimana e mezza che avevo fatto l'ordinazione dell'animale,non tenendolo in negozio, chiamo il titolare. In questa occasione mi ha detto che per l'ordine avrei dovuto aspettare un tempo indefinito poiché il fornitore che doveva portargli l'animale non poteva essere contattato,non avendo lui il suo contatto telefonico,aspettando il caso in cui il fornitore si sarebbe recato di sua spontanea volontà presso il suo punto vendita. Sapendo questa cosa ho espresso una critica,dicendo che non è questa un'organizzazione molto comune in ambito di negozi,a questo punto il titolare ha iniziato a prendermi a brutte parole e maltrattarmi telefonicamente. Dopo quanto descritto credo che le parole non servano per capire il trattamento riservato ai clienti. Sono davvero delusa e allibita in quanto un trattamento del genere non è messo in atto da commercianti seri . Vi sconsiglio fortemente questo negozio! Really bad experience!
