★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato i miei due cani a lavare, la signora che li ha lavati è stata poco educata e non aggiungo altro. Chi sta al pubblico dovrebbe essere sempre accogliente e sorridente. Non le hanno insegnato il customer care. Inoltre le lasciamo i nostri animali che sono una parte della nostra famiglia e dovrebbero trattarli bene. Appena tornata a riprenderli hanno bevuto 2 litri di acqua . Neanche li hanno fatti bere. Prossima volta, se ci sarà, spero siano migliorati in questo altrimenti non torneremo più .
I took my two dogs to wash, the lady who washed them was not polite and I won't add anything else. The audience should always be welcoming and smiling. They didn't teach her about customer care. We also leave our pets to her who are a part of our family and should treat them well. As soon as she returned to pick them up, they drank 2 liters of water. They didn't even make them drink. Next time, if there will be, I hope they have improved in this otherwise we will not return.
