Provenienza, qualità, abbinamenti consigliati.. Tanta genuinità nei prodotti, dal pane alla pasta fatta in casa, carne ottima, così come i salumi.Ottima la cantina dei vini.Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. L'abbinamento dello zola in tanti piatti eccellente, ma disponibilità anche di menù senza Zola. Posto con pochi posti a sedere, (circa 40) rende piacevole anche la conversazione. Siamo stati già 2 volte con tavolata da 20 amici e ci torneremo ancora.! Consigliato! Cozy, clean and bright place. Young, helpful, kind and prepared staff. Each food has been "told" .. Origin, quality, recommended pairings .. Lots of genuineness in the products, from bread to homemade pasta, excellent meat, as well as cold cuts. Excellent wine cellar. Quality price ratio. The combination of zola in many dishes is excellent, but also the availability of menus without Zola. A place with few seats, (about 40) also makes conversation pleasant. We have already been twice with a table of 20 friends and we will be back again.! Recommended!

La loro filosofia è innovativa, valorizzare i prodotti del territorio del novarese (e non solo) sia con la cucina che con la rivendita. Potrete fare la spesa acquistando ottimi prodotti e mangiare cibo preparato con gli stessi ottimi prodotti. Salumi, formaggi selezionati, conserve, vino e altro ancora. fate un salto anche solo per curiosità, e per bere un buon bicchiere fatevi consigliare da Luigi, giovane ma molto esperto. sabato pranzo con famiglia e amici: questa volta saltiamo antipasto e ci buttiamo sul secondo, abbiamo diviso un ottimo brasato d'asino con polenta e una costatona cotta alla perfezione (vedi foto) il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo vino rosso piemontese (vigna del parroco ruchè 2015) mio figlio adora lo zola e quindi è andato di ottimi gnocchetti allo zola Conto giusto per la qualità e quantità dei prodotti che abbiamo mangiato/bevuto. una ventata di novità a cinisello, consigliatissimo Fabulous! Pazzeschi gli gnocchetti crema di Zola e granella di pistacchio per non parlare della tagliata affumicata.. Ci siamo stati a pranzo e sono presenti svariate proposte per un pranzo di lavoro tra gli 8 e i 12 €. I prodotti che utilizzano e propongo sono ricercati e di ottima qualità, la cucina è molto valida e le porzioni normali, sicuramente non da abbuffate. Veramente consigliato!
