★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una confezione di tamponi rapidi il giorno dell'Epifania con consegna in 24h ad un costo superiore e dopo 2 giorni sono ancora in attesa. Sul sito non è scritto che la suddetta consegna non vale nei festivi arrogandosi però, sia il costo, sia il servizio. Per correttezza bisogna dare tutte le informazioni, reali e attendibili così da potersi organizzare. Mi avete creato un disagio non da poco.
I ordered a pack of quick swabs on Epiphany day with delivery in 24h at a higher cost and after 2 days they are still waiting. On the site it is not written that the aforementioned delivery is not valid on holidays, however, arrogating both the cost and the service. To be fair, all the information, real and reliable, must be given so that we can organize ourselves. You have created me a considerable discomfort.

Dopo varie e.mail e reclami mi hanno inviato il trading della consegna, la stessa del primo giorno.
Erano tamponi covid pagati il triplo perché assicuravano la consegna in 2 giorni. E'passata oltre una settimana e la merce non e' mai arrivata. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.
INDIRIZZO PERFETTO SOLITO DA 15 ANNI COME RISULTA DALL ISCRIZIONE. TUTTO QUESTO PER NASCONDERE LA VOSTRA IN CAPACITÀ E INETTITUDINE.
Goods never delivered.
After several e-mails and complaints they sent me the trading of the delivery, the same as the first day.
They were covid swabs paid triple because they ensured delivery in 2 days. It's been over a week and the goods never arrived. NOT RECOMMENDED.
PERFECT ADDRESS USED FOR 15 YEARS AS IT SHOWS FROM THE REGISTRATION. ALL THIS TO HIDE YOUR CAPACITY AND INEPTITUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did order two units with ZK dental. Mr Belleli signed a contract with us and put Oz Slr. as a company. But their units are listed on Ebay under ZK trading. We have been to their garage. Their is no show room and they dont have units in their garage. We had to transfer 50% of payment to their account. They dont have credit card payment or other option. We agreed to another option that we transfered 10% to Mr. Bellelis account and 40% to an account here in Germany, which is of their lawyer and accountant.
On the end of the day they havent delivered the units, they kept us waiting and promising. Their communication skills are very poor. They wanted than a pre payment of 100% and didnt want to install them.
On the end of the day we contacted KAVO Germany and have been told that they dont have partners unter this name in Italy.
We think their units are not made in Europe or Germany.
Now they decline to pay us the prepayment back.
Very challenging people. Stay away of this company.
I will be giving this information to KAVE and Ebay too.
Be the way they gave us an handpiece which is made in China and never worked on our units.
