★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'azienda vanta esperienza nel settore pluriennale. La cosa che stupisce positivamente é costante ricerca del meglio e soprattutto della qualità. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare entrambe le produzioni di olio, quella che mi ha maggiormente colpito é il monovarietale di coratina. Al naso si presenta con accentuati sentori erbacei, di fresco che rievoca il verde dei campi, sentori di mandorla e carciofo. Il successivo assaggio non può che esserne la conferma, con intensità di amaro e piccante che denotano la perfezione. Un'esperienza sensoriale da fare, assolutamente a crudo sul pane casereccio o con un bel piatto di legumi. Veramente complimenti.

I had the opportunity to taste both productions of oil, the one that struck me most is the monovarietal of coratina. The nose shows accentuated herbaceous hints, fresh reminiscent of the green of the fields, hints of almond and artichoke. The subsequent taste can only be the confirmation, with bitter and spicy intensity that denote perfection. A sensory experience to do, absolutely raw on homemade bread or with a nice plate of legumes. Really congratulations.
