★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bravo e molto paziente, spiega bene e sta molto attento ai clienti, capisce quando deve fermarsi perché trova problemi che non può risolvere; ma quando trova problemi che può risolvere si impegna e raggiunge traguardi: mi ha fatto passare i dolori alla schiena e alle spalle che erano molto forti.
