Ergo, mattinata andata in vacca. Rientrati, spiegato alla troupe, risposte arroganti e mai giustificanti. Neanche una scusa sottovoce, praticamente la colpa era la nostra, dopo aver dibattuto mi sono stancato di ascoltarli e mi sono preso 30 euro di rimborso solo perché “loro” hanno deciso così. Preciso che i ragazzi del molo si sono comportati in maniera impeccabile chiedendo scusa al posto dei “dirigenti”, ma i “dirigenti” dovrebbero andare a scuola di pnl. Sono stati tutti molto disponibili nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste, lo skipper esperto e molto gentile, il gommone pulitissimo e più che comodo per cinque persone, l'aperitivo buonissimo. Non è mai stato chiesto il rimborso dell’affitto ma semmai uno sconto sul carburante e basta. E per quanto riguarda i tempi alle 10 eravamo ancora in mezzo al mare, non avevamo ancora fatto nemmeno il bagno. Se stiamo insistendo sulla questione è perché la doccia era di vitale importanza per un ragazzino e un adulto che c’erano a bordo , affetti da dermatite grave e quindi bisognosi di togliere l’acqua salata. L’accaduto ha fatto si che in serata i suddetti assumessero cortisone sia x bocca che localmente. Quindi lasci perdere i giri di parole e le questioni da lei inventate x difendersi, e accetti un’altra stella e basta. Purtroppo quando abbiamo riportato la barca ci siamo accorti che mancava un cuscino. Il responsabile, giustamente, ce l'ha fatto ripagare ma miracolosamente una signora lo ha ritrovato in mare e riconsegnato. Dopo di questo la compagnia ci ha richiamato per restituirci il denaro. Persone veramente gentili, professionali e onesto. We rented a boat for 2 person without a license, after a generous discount as it was noon we had a wonderful day. Unfortunately when we brought the boat back we realized that a pillow was missing. The manager, rightly, made us pay for it but miraculously a lady found him at sea and returned him. After that the company called us back to give us back the money. Really nice, professional and honest people.

Dopo l'esame del danno mi hanno consentito ugualmente di uscire e, al mio ritorno, il titolare non ha voluto alcun risarcimento nonostante la mia disponibilità in tal senso. Che dire, persone per bene che affittano barche in ottime condizioni. Grazie, la prossima estate ripeterò la bella esperienza.
