Hanno mandato a Tarare il Fonometro a Campobasso, da personale che non conosce lo strumento, quindi sono in ritardo sulla consegna.

Non vendono merce a privati, ma di questo non vi è menzione ad oggi (22/11/2021) sul loro sito, o, per lo meno, in pagine facilmente accessibili alla navigazione ed inoltre Il sistema di pagamento da loro utilizzato non impedisce l'acquisto se non si ha partita Iva, per cui ho effettuato tutte le operazioni richieste ricevendo anche mail di avvenuta ricezione dell'ordine e, contattati telefonicamente, confermavano che in giornata avrei ricevuto una mail indicante i tempi di consegna della merce. Questa mail non é mai arrivata, ma al suo posto mi è stata inviata una mail due giorni dopo comunicante che la merce non può essere venduta a privati per loro policy aziendale e che in pochi giorni (non quantificati) mi sarebbe stata restituita la cifra pagata. Dopo aver sollecitato telefonicamente per due volte tale rimborso, ricevendo ogni volta rassicurazioni in merito alla sua tempestività. Trascori 10 giorni e non essendo stata, ad oggi, ancora rifusa la cifra decido di chiamare per la terza volta l'amministrazione e di fronte alle mie rimostranze l'operatore decide di mettersi a ridere provocando mia somma irritazione nonché di chiudere il telefono in faccia.
