L	Lucia Capacchione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta a conoscenza di Zerorighe tramite FB.. ho prenotato un appuntamento attirata dai bellissimi video pubblicati... e che dire... sono uscita dal salone super soddisfatta del risultato.. proprio come i video di FB!! Colore bellissimo e super naturale .... Inoltre, vorrei risaltare i prodotti "FIX ME" di Zerorighe perchè sono di ottima qualità ... i capelli già dalle primissime applicazioni risultano più corposi ma allo stesso tempo morbidi...non ne posso più fare a meno!!! I learned about Zerorighe through FB .. I booked an appointment attracted by the beautiful videos published ... and what to say ... I left the salon super satisfied with the result .. just like the FB videos !! Beautiful and super natural color .... Furthermore, I would like to highlight the "FIX ME" products by Zerorighe because they are of excellent quality ... the hair from the very first applications is more full-bodied but at the same time soft ... I can't take it anymore do without!!!

Sicuramente questo deriva dal fatto che sono rimasta scottata da alcune esperienze in passato ed anche dal fatto che sono molto esigente! Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di come Semmy abbia inizialmente cercato di capire cosa io volessi ma soprattutto di come lo abbia realizzato. Altra cosa che mi ha colpito molto è la cura del capello che sui biondi non sempre è scontata. Esci con i capelli sani che per me è un punto fondamentale! Insomma grazie di cuore ❤️ a tutti, grazie Semmy, grazie Francesco! Beautiful salon, great professionals! I must admit that it is not easy to satisfy my requests! Surely this comes from the fact that I have been burned by some experiences in the past and also from the fact that I am very demanding! I was very satisfied with how Semmy initially tried to understand what I wanted but above all with how he made it. Another thing that struck me a lot is the hair care that is not always obvious on blondes. Go out with healthy hair which for me is a key point! Il risultato ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative e ringrazio molto Angela, è stata bravissima! Li consiglio al 100%, tornerò di sicuro (Allego foto del prima e del dopo) Simply fantastic! The place is super clean and well decorated. The staff are very professional, welcoming and super patient. The result far exceeded my expectations and I thank Angela very much, she was very good! I recommend them 100%, I will be back for sure (I attach before and after photos)

My husband came along with me and translated to the stylist, what I wanted EXACTLY, they end up doing job in a bad way, I asked not to touch my grown out roots, and match rest of my hair to my natural dark blonde roots, as my hair was previously colored and was a bit orange, BUT NOT TO TOUCH MY ROOTS. they end up coloring my natural roots that I’ve been growing out for 5 months, dark black. When I turned to the mirror I wanted to cry, I asked why my natural roots are dark black color and they proceeded to tell me it’s my natural color. WHERE OBVIOUSLY THEY COLORED IT All BLACK without a reason. I got very upset, paid and left. At home I had a HUGE CRY!! Because literally they messed up 5 months! of my natural hair grow. Next day me and my husband went back to salon, asking why this happened. THE OWNER WAS ARROGANT AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO HEAR WHAT WE WERE SAYING, he was not even give me to say a word. I don’t understand why would someone do this things, and then not even listen to client. WAS EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE, I left TRAUMATIZED. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
