Al termine della stampa, dopo attese interminabili e dopo essermi sorbita la svogliatezza dell'impiegato, mi sono pure sentita dire: " non pensare che te li taglio". E alla richiesta di stampare un'etichetta su dei DVD stampabili mi sono ritrovata con delle etichette adesive, stampate male ed attaccate altrettanto male.
Oltretutto mi sono state consegnate l'indomani e nonostante mi avessero dato appuntamento loro appena sono andata in negozio mi è stato detto: ci siamo dimenticati.
Altro che servizio di stampa DVD! Altro che tipografia!
Mi sono dovuta recare in un'altra tipografia a Sciacca che con grande gentilezza e professionalità mi ha consegnato un prodotto di qualità.
Rough and low quality service. I took them to print DVD covers and sticky labels. At the end of the press, after interminable waits and after having endured the listlessness of the employee, I also heard myself say: "don't think I'll cut them off". And when asked to print a label on printable DVDs, I found myself with adhesive labels, badly printed and just as badly attached.
Moreover, they were delivered to me the next day and despite having given me an appointment as soon as I went to the shop I was told: we forgot.
Other than DVD printing service! Other than typography!
I had to go to another printing house in Sciacca which, with great kindness and professionalism, delivered me a quality product.
